Local Action Update from the Cheriton Lib Dem Team
Graffiti on the green BT box in Roman Way near the junction with Horn Street has been reported to BT for clearance for a second time. [Online: June 2006]
Missing bus stop signs on both the bus shelters outside Cheriton Tesco have been reported to Stagecoach. [Email: June 2006] LATE JUNE UPDATE: NOW REPLACED.
The bent crash barrier at the junction of Horn Street and Cheriton High Street by Tesco has been reported to Kent Highways. [Online: June 2006]
The bent road-sign on Cheriton High Street heading towards St Martins Plain has been reported to Kent Highways. [Online: June 2006]
The broken Gas Valve sign by Tesco' opposite the Horn Street junction has been reported to the National Grid / Transco. [Email: June 2006]
The missing Horn Street street name plate by the junction with Cheriton High Street as been reported to Shepway Council as missing AGAIN. This has been previously reported, but no action to date. [Online: June 2006]
Following a request by Mrs White in Tudor Road, Tim Prater has requested Kent Highways Services to look at providing a dropped kerb pedestrian crossing to allow an easier crossing of Tudor Road [Phone to Kylie, Kent Highways: 07 June 2006]
