Lib Dems take Lead on Black Bull Road Safety

Shepway Lib Dems have taken positive action to support Black Bull and Pavilion Road residents in their efforts to get speeds cut at an accident black-spot in the area. Following a number of serious accidents and near misses, local campaigners Peter Carroll and Darren Briddock worked with local residents by erecting a new traffic sign in Black Bull Road asking vehicles to slow down.
Peter Carroll said:
"There have been a number of accidents - including one fatality - here, and something needed doing, fast. Local residents can't wait until there is another accident here, and the Lib Dem team are happy to help."
Black Bull Road is in Foord, Folkestone.
