Dungeness not in new nuclear sites list

Dungeness Nuclear Power StationDungeness is the only site to have been excluded from a list of 11 potential candidates for new nuclear power station build sites. The decision by the Government backed 10 of the 11 proposed sites across England and Wales, but excluded Dungeness as an option on environmental grounds.
