Sunday Times: Pay bonanza as council staff sell their holiday time

An article in the Sunday Times has picked up on the selling back of holiday time at Kent County Council, saying "Staff at Conservative-run Kent county council sold 3,800 days of annual leave last year at a cost to the council taxpayer of £531,205."
