The Mayor attended the opening of the exhibition at Quarterhouse, Folkestone, to explain the new outline proposals for the development of the Folkestone Seafront owned by Roger De Haan, presented by Sir Terry Farrell

It was interesting viewing the proposals which included retail facilities as well as residential properties and entertainment.
