Peter Carroll will stand alongside local residents in the battle against airport expansion

The effects of airport expansion at Lydd will be felt well beyond the area just around the airport.

Extra traffic and noise from low flying jets (taking off and landing 24 hours a day) would hit residents across a wide area including New Romney, Dymchurch and even Hythe.

Conservative MP Michael Howard is refusing to back residents' calls for a public inquiry and backs airport expansion.

Only Peter Carroll and the Lib Dems are standing alongside local people in the battle to save the Marsh environment and the quality of life of thousands of residents.

Only voting Lib Dem will elect an MP and Councillors who will stand up for residents on this issue.
