Invicta Tribute to Rifleman Aldridge POSTPONED

12.17.32pm GMT Fri 26th Feb 2010

The Chairman of Folkestone Invicta, Lynn Woods, has advised that due to the weather over the past few days, the tribute to Rifleman Aldridge planned for this weekends game against Croydon is postponed. with the game itself very unlikely to go ahead.

In an email this morning, Lynn Woods said:

"After yesterday evening's storm in Folkestone the match against Croydon is now very unlikely to be able to go ahead and we've decided to postpone the tribute to Rifleman Aldridge until a later date. Assuming the match against Croydon is formally called off tomorrow (it's the referee's decision) we are expecting it to be rescheduled for Tue 20th April evening but that's still to be confirmed."
